18.4.5 Wheel of Fates

The Wheel of Fates is a device that will give a random boon of some kind when spun. These boons are varied and range from artifacts to credits or temporary buffs. 

The Wheel can only be spun during certain promotions, typically once per Howling (24 hours) after logging in for a full hour. At all other times, a skull token is needed to spin the Wheel, which are purchased through the website while the promotion is active.

Those who obtain skull tokens can SPIN WHEEL OUTER SKULL up to three times to determine their prize category followed by SPIN WHEEL INNER SKULL to win prizes from the following:

Outer Wheel - Credits:
Credit prizes (unbound) ranging from 33-250.

Outer Wheel - Iron Coins:
Iron Coins (unbound) ranging from 20-100.

Outer Wheel - Lessons:
Lesson prizes ranging from 250-500.

Outer Wheel - Artifact:
Artifacts ranging from 50 credits in value up to 2000 credits in value.

Outer Wheel - Items:
Chocolate bags, elemental globes, fireworks, customisation certificates, discount vouchers, compendium pages*, minipets**, style scrolls*** artifact tattoo tokens, a low chance at morphic metal and antiquated salvage.

Outer Wheel - Relic:
Relic pieces for the following relics:
diplomacy, everburning, stalking, spire, tusks, flames, angled, lifesense, ilmenitebracer and horns.

I've also added a new filter to RELIC LIST: 'promo', which will let you filter down the list by those relics currently available in the promo. This stacks with other filters, allowing you to do something like RELIC LIST PROMO FULL to see the details of all the relics available, or RELIC LIST PROMO UNOWNED to see which ones you don't yet own!

* Pages this month include: the Festering Wastes, Dovan Hollow, a volcanic island, the Liruma Crater, the Endless Battlefield and a deep underground cavern.   

** Minipets this month include: a baby mako shark, a tiny jerboa, a brown-furred capybara, a juvenile meerkat, an enchanted white paper crane, a pyrotechnic fire elemental, a woodland cuckoo, and a luminous lantern spirit.
** Special note: the paper crane minipet is dyeable!

*** Styles available this month are: stiff, drunken, bedrock, elegant, gory and bombastic. There is also a chance to obtain style point currency for the shop at v76367.

HELP WHEEL OF FATES now has all of the up to date information! Purchases of tokens also reward Guild and City credits, there's a 500 credit bonus on every 500th spin! You can also find a skull token in the milestone wares for January!
