10.4.12 The Occupation-General
The Occupation-General is a unique minister role that is appointed by a foreign city following a war or other conflict in which there remains distrust. This role has the power to observe the city and its communications for malicious behaviour, and can even express punishment to those who might step out of line. The Occupation-General is not considered a true citizen within the city. The only way to appoint the Occupation-General is through a signed treaty. The dissolution of the treaty will end the appointment. See HELP TREATIES for more information. The Occupation-General has the following commands and powers while appointed: ESTERPORT <message> - Allows you to speak on the city channel. Replace 'Esterport' with the city's name in question.
