18.4.4 Stockings
Each December in Aetolia, stockings are available from the website in celebration of Celesmas! Ironbeard will fill them up a short while after they are hung, and the owner can then open them and collect their contents!
There are four tiers of stockings, with each subsequent tier yielding greater prizes than the one before it.
* Festive / Trick : 16 credits minimum
* Fancy : 45 credits minimum
* Grand : 200 credits minimum
* Extravagant : 600 credits minimum
Syntaxes

HANG STOCKING FOR ME
- Hang a stocking up for yourself, and it will be filled with prizes after a few minutes!
HANG STOCKING FOR <friend> [ANONYMOUS]
- Hang a stocking for a friend, as a gift, and Ironbeard will fill it a few minutes later.
- Hanging them anonymously hides your name from the notification and delays it slightly so you can make your escape!
STOCKINGS
- Lists all stockings you have, their location, and their filled status.
OPEN STOCKING [ANONYMOUS]
- Once it has been filled, claim your prize(s)!
Gold and Platinum stockings are special and fill up on Christmas Day and 1st January respectively.
Prizes
------
Each stocking has a minimum target value, and there are a number of prize pools at different credit thresholds. Your stocking will pick from the tier it falls into by stocking type and be filled with one or more prizes in order to meet or exceed that value, drawing on the tiers below it (where applicable) in order to fill in any gaps.
Festive / Trick Stocking, minimum value: 16 credits
Credits, iron coins, coffers for the new PLANAR relic set*, compendium pages**, elemental globes, minipets***, chocolates, the new grinch vox, elusion crystals, style scrolls****, fireworks.
Fancy Stocking, minimum value: 45 credits
Credits, iron coins, various artifacts in the 50 credit range, coffers for the new PLANAR relic set*, chocolate bags, customisation certificates, scroll cases**, and prizes from the previous tier.
Fancy stockings are guaranteed to have at least 1 relic coffer in them.
Grand Stocking, minimum value: 200 credits
Credits, iron coins, various artifacts in the 100-350 credit range, hunting boon tokens, coffers for the new PLANAR relic set*, tattoo tokens, antiquated salvage, steed whistles for the flying mount "a colossal, gossamer-winged dragonfly", and prizes from the previous tiers.
Grand stockings are guaranteed to have at least 2 relic coffers in them.
Extravagant Stocking, minimum value: 550 credits
Credits, iron coins, various artifacts in the 400-2000 credit range, coffers for the new PLANAR relic set*, antiquated salvage, city house deeds, and prizes from the previous tiers.
Extravagant stockings are guaranteed to have at least 5 relic coffers in them.

All relic pieces from the Planar set trade in for 30 credits.
** Compendium pages currently available are: the Endless Battlefield, a dimly lit subterranean river, a volcanic island, the Offspring, Tcanna Island, Spiral of the Corrupt, the Liruma Crater.
*** Minipets available are: a misshapen, coal-smudged snowman, a melted candle golem, a candy cane serpent, a hedgehog of icicle quills, a pinecone sprite, a silver-feathered mockingbird, a bright mushroom toad, an eggnog ooze, a Celesmas-coloured fish in a fish-bowl, a conspicuous partridge, and a capricious hog.
**** Styles available are: blazing, drunken, bedrock, defensive, cowardly, and fiery. There is also a chance of getting a style point in their place to spend at the styles shop!
All stockings will also award an org xp buff, and have some gold and a chance of filler prizes such as obsidian inks, skullmasks, grimstim, yellow eyes, and so on. These don't count towards your value and are included as extras.
Credit and iron coin prizes scale with the tier of stocking, and the minimum credit value is the absolute minimum that the contents of a stocking will be worth. Each stocking can exceed this amount and will very often hold multiple prizes!
Each stocking tier below extravagant also has a very small chance of rolling a big prize in the form of a 400-2000 credit artifact!
Gold and Platinum stockings fill up on 25th December and 1st January respectively. These special stockings act as though you opened two from their equivalent tier, giving you double the prizes!
Any Gold stockings not opened will convert to Platinum after Christmas Day.
