Hypocrisy

I guess you need help taking the blinders off.
You were offered negotiations even still, while attacking the Empire's assets. Negotiations are where both parties resolve an issue in a matter that is found suitable for both parties. Had you not been so consumed by your lust for War, you could have easily found yourselves in control of your own territories and free to work with your troops. Typically, when intelligent negotiators begin the process, they ask for extra concessions so that they can afford to lose some in the back and forth until a reasonable middle ground has been found. Since Enorian and Spinesreach citizens were banding together, I should have guessed the collaboration between the two was already settled. There were two weeks left to do this before our treaty was over. Plenty of time to act civilized enough to find a middle ground. I suppose the heathenistic taint of Dejaani has already latched onto Enorian like parasites do.
As much as you blather on about beliefs, find a mirror. You do realize consorting with Spinesreach involves Consanguine and Undeath too, right?
I mailed your Vanguard negotiations for a treaty, which is what the Empire was willing to settle for, in our first attempt to negotiate with Enorian. It asked that Enorian did not join forces with Spinesreach on the battlefield. It asked for you to keep your Dejaani taint to your own lands. It offered your territories back in your control. It offered freedom to rally your troops for War.
Since this wasn't a suitable arrangement, one can only assume Enorian is blinded enough by its own servitude to Merciless Light that they forget their own convictions in the process. Are you sure this is what you wish to usher into Sapience?
The allure of consorting with my kind is clearly worth more than the return of your freedoms. If you wish to remain under the Empire's heel, so be it. Don't say we didn't offer you an out.
