The Truth of the Revelation

I'm afraid you did not invoke the response you wanted, Desian. Instead
of shaking faith and creating doubt in the followers of Fire, you've
instead made it rather obvious that you have no clue of the higher
purpose we follow. I pity you in your Godless scrabbling for the truth.

Let me start with some information, as you seem to be building your
arguments on falsehoods. The Revelation was granted not by Rahn, but by
the Divine essence of Fire that dwelt within Him. That Fire, regardless
of the mortal vessel It chooses as host, has always been and will always
be. Did you really think that a mortal had the power to destroy a God?
They may have caused harm to the vessel, but Fire Itself has not been
touched.

You seem to think that our faith is bound only between the covers of a
written work. Faith is far more than that, and you're a fool to think
otherwise. You could burn each and every copy of the text, Desian, and
the lessons learned from it would live on in the heart of every Zealot
and Luminary, and countless others who have heard the call and answered
in kind.

You are but a pawn, Desian. You have been used to once again present a
challenge (however lacking) to our faith, so that we may overcome it and
be closer to our purpose. You mention the days that the sun refused to
shine. The sun has returned, and the children of the Light did not
falter. Faith is brightest at our darkest times. Thank you for the
reminder, as your imposing darkness has been a bit lacking of late.

Idar Karif became a vessel of the Divine and finally achieved the
perfection that he sought. We follow the sprit of his story, not the man
himself. He at least rose to a place worthy of being Divine, instead of
proclaiming himself as such. If you wish to see blind followers and
lemmings, then look to your own followers, Desian. King of Rot and God
of the Godless. A king fit for the post of none other.
