Your ignorance and your follies

"God-King",
Goddess, do the people of Bloodloch -really- call you that these days?
Truly, I would go as far as to venture that your ego remains unmatched
by mortal and immortal alike. I am not so sure that is the best of
qualities to boast.
I profess myself stunned. Admittedly, I have come to trust on your
short-sightedness and bullheadedness to the detriment of Bloodloch on a
number of occasions, but this goes far beyond anything of the kind.
As for the "false prophet", I will start by enlightening you, Desian.
Yes, you. The prophecy, or the "vision" that Sahmie had in a dream did
indeed speak of many things- I will spare you of the details that you
remain woefully ignorant of: apparently you never wrapped your head
around the teachings that the newest of Luminary embers have come to
understand. So Fire, offered its gift for the apthetic Priests to pursue
their path anew.
As you know by the very methods I practice, by the very methods the
Luminary practice, the vision came true. Before Sahmie Rhashye acted the
vision could well have passed as anything but.
And yet again, you display your short-sightedness (Are you sure you are
using the spectacles I made specifically for you?) in not realizing the
goals outlined in the Revelation are a path just as much as they are a
goal. Not that I would expect you to understand what it means to
continually work towards something like perfection, of course.
A pity, you claim a God was slain by a mortal? Incorrect. Truth, the
Vessel was damaged. However, Emergence into a Vessel, most often a
mortal, is not uncommon amongst the Divine. Particularly those with
mortal vessels.
Tell me, Master Immortality, I am sure Lady Fire and Her siblings are
quite pleased to call you Their equal. A rather sorry equal, but I am
sure that you give them a laugh, much as a court jester. Tell me, what
do you see as your purpose? If it is one of pride, short-sightedness and
bullheadedness, congratulations, you have covered all of those bases.
You, who twice led your city to defeat- in spite of the offering of
numerous peace treaties. You, who initiated a war with your "enemy" only
mere steps from your very doorstep. A pity that your ego got in the way
of your city's road to recovery. A pity that you had many men and women
fight and die under your deluded guidance- only to see yourself fall
flat on your face once more.
However they tolerate you, "God-King", I cannot say. I honestly find
your theatrics tiresome and the idea of having individuals bowing and
scraping to your every whim quite simply baffles me, when you are simply
ordinary- sure, you can kill, I can give you that- but ordinary in all
else. An ordinary man with a bloated sense of self-importance who
demands, and has poor lambs who are sure to follow his every whim, even!
The city of Spires tires of your theatrics, your temperamental nature
that saw you alienate them. It is good to see that they hold at least
some sense, though why they tolerate your self-proclaimed "Queen" is
beyond me- do they fall under your dominion also? I consider them higher
than that.
Dearest "God-King", your dominion barely reaches into your desert, your
city gates still show the wear and tear from the efforts of my men. You
truly believe your "Kingship" or any possible claim thereof counts for
anything? Poor Bloodloch, by the time you are done the world will be
against them- a goal you are not far from in this current day, from all
accounts!
You proclaim the path of me and mine false? At least their well-being is
in the care of real Divine, instead of some deluded pretender.
Perhaps one day you will learn,
