I spent some time redoing some things with the vision skillset recently.
You'll note the following:

- Recognition has been lowered significantly.

- The method we use to determine if you know a skill has changed (for
Vision at least). If all of the sudden it seems like you can't use a
skill, please let Me know. This might be most obvious when you are
learning vision.

- Oh, I suppose you all want to know about the new transcendent skill!
You'll just have to learn it the hard way I guess!
