- Just to be clear about what probation does during elections: Guild
probation doesn't stop a GR3 (or higher) person from voting in an
election. This is intentional.

- Webs are meant to disappear when you log out, and they now do.

- I want to thank Caboose and Kikon for properly reporting a very
serious bug with credits today. Both went about the proper manner of
reporting a bug, without abusing it and without alerting everyone they
know about it so those people could go about abusing it. Compare this
with the unfortunate example of the clan dues bug that some others
failed to report.
