We have implemented the following change to shouts:

- Shouts will only be heard in the area you are standing in, or in
adjacent areas to the area you are standing in. Yells will still be
heard only in the area you are standing in.

- The Northern Wilderness, which was most of the highways, has been
seperated into its various highways as areas.

- Before you ask, the transcendent skill in vision will be moved down,
and a new one will replace it. I daresay it will be seen as even more
useful than the original skill ever was.

- Shouts and yells are still considered public channels.
