3.12 Library Commands
The Aetolian Library System provides an invaluable resource for the scholars of the lands. Within a library, books and scrolls are organized in categories and may be viewed at the library. Organizations may appoint librarians who will stock and maintain the tomes, though fees for library upkeep are drawn automatically from the organization's coffers. Libraries may be purchased by any organization. They may be kept under heavy guard or left open to the public. For individuals wishing to purchase a library, please see HELP HOUSING. Any books that are to be added to a library must first be finalized.
