21.4 Clan Conduct

In most instances Administration will not meddle in the affairs of a strictly OOC clan. Organizational clans are viewed as an extension of the city or the guilds that sponsors the clan. These clans might be OOC by necessity, as any combat clan likely is, but they should not be used as personal hangouts or a private communication network.

What you say in organizational clans is subject to HELP LANGUAGERULES and the general standards of conduct that one would expect in an organizational channel. Conversations should be organization focused, but with a little bit more freedom to use OOC terminology in your conversations. Organizational clans should maintain a positive tone. If you want to bond with a new combatant or discuss other topics more in-depth, please do so in a web or a clan not sponsored by your city or guild.
