I pen this declaration to all the people of Sapience, Albedos, and beyond.

In the skies above was witnessed an act of Creation heretofore unknown to us. Six new worlds now hold sway in the heavens where before there none to challenge Aetolia. Our world may be regarded as the first, with the order of creation of all worlds that follow dictating their numerical categorization from 2 to 7. This observation is included to ease understanding of this declaration's minutiae.

Henceforth, the bounds of the worlds temporarily known as Five and Seven fall under the pristine dominion of the One True King, Arvelis, the Jackal, and His designated representatives and officials. Any attempts to encroach upon these sovereignties will be met with extreme force and unrelenting aggression. All peoples, places, objects, flora, fauna, features, terrain, and any other miscellaneous ephemera which may arise outside the ability to predict due to non-Aetolian conditions is hereby claimed as under His sovereign right of will.


So it is written and codified in this year of our King, within the seventh year of the age of His reign.
