On behalf of the Star of Midwinter, the First Dragon, I come to bring news of the Sky's Bounty in Spinesreach. In accordance with Her law of Treasure, we offer the opportunity for mortals to add to Her hoard in trade or gift.

If you have something of value that you'd like to offer to Her hoard in trade, bring it along to the Sky's Bounty. We have a lounge where Hospitality and Manners will be shown by those of Her Dragon-kin as they evaluate the item. A fair trade will be discussed or arrangements will be made to follow-up with one.

If you wish to learn more of Her and Her laws, Nizrea is present in the main room and will discuss them with you. If you wish to simply drop off a gift for Sky Dreaming, seek out myself or one of Her Dragon-kin to accept it on your behalf.

If you are unable to enter Spinesreach, contact myself. We will find neutral territory to meet. And if you are of Albedos, I am happy to travel for these matters.
