The city of Esterport has three more permanent shop locations up for sale to the highest bidders. These shops can be located at v4715, v5498 and v5551.

These auctions will run for seven weeks. Refer to HELP AUCTION for more information on the auction process. You will not be able to place a bid if you already own a shop in our markets. If you somehow manage to win more than one of these deeds, we will place the extra deeds back up for auction.

As a shopowner, Esterport expects you to regularly pay your taxes or your shop will be closed and repossessed for sale. We also expect you to maintain certain levels of activity as a shopowner, which might also see your shop closed if not upkept. Please refer to article 5 of the Common Law section in HELP LAWS ESTERPORT for more details.
