When the heavens opened, we were witness to the fight our Divinity is currently entwined within: foes and opposites fighting shoulder to shoulder, bolstered by the spirit of Morale to drive Them forward to continue against the uncertain odds.

However, upon waking, I was grasped with an understanding that there is still much we Mortals can and should do, to prove that our prayers are more than hollow words to beseech favour, and to quantify our faiths across the Pantheon: to truly believe in a cause is more than a matter of bloodshed and polished declarations, but also in dedication and earnest labor.

Hence, in the name of Morale, I ask that the Order Heads of each Divine who is fighting in the midst of Chaos aid me in running an Essence Contest!

The rules are simple: pick a Divine that's in the ring and offer as much as you can until They return to us. The Order leaders will check the offerings you've made and tally it up.

The Prizes are as follows:

20 credits to the leading City
30 credits to the leading Order

and finally: 50 credits to the top-scoring individual!

I will be paying for this out of my own pocket, as Representative of Morale, and will be exempt from any victory for my participation.

I realize that this is a motion of good faith to assume I will be given inaccurate numbers, but I trust you all well enough to sell out for a much higher price: your integrity is worth far more than mere credits.

I've seen the world stand arm in arm against unimaginable terrors, horrors far worse than we can comprehend. I've watched an excellent war play out, bringing three bitter enemies together into a bastion of indomitable might against my city, risen from their proverbial torpor to prove their mettle. I invite you all now to join me, revelling in the joy of changing the world and proving yourself in action to support your beliefs. They're worth fighting for, so let's put our essence where our words are!
