I do not regret the efforts of my compatriots in this war. They are worthy, in their way. I am pleased to be part of Spinesreach. Let none who read this doubt that.

I have failed to uphold the bargain we struck, and the bond we made. You brought me back to the cycle. You stood by me when none would. I will not attempt to defend myself, and pretend that I have done otherwise.


I will keep this simple. Thank You. I hope in some small way, before my fall from Your grace, that I managed to repay you.

When my end comes at last, we will meet again. I do not fear Your judgement. Rather, I fear the disdain of one I held so dear.
