The Dragon of the North announces our intent to lay our claim to the statue and the area surrounding Mejev Nider Nesve wo Ti, Matati wo Eja sota Aran wo Aransa. This monument, currently simply a reminder of peril, will soon bear the visage of Severn, the savior of our world.

This act is not mere symbolism but a reclamation of our history. It is a tribute to Severn's ultimate sacrifice that preserved our world from Varian's consuming greed. The refurbished statue shall stand as an enduring testament to Severn's aeons long gambit and our unwavering dedication to His legacy.

We do this in defiance of Varian's tainted memory and as a challenge to the shadows of our past. In placing Severn's likeness upon this monument, we declare our commitment to the legacy that He has placed upon the Dragon. Our troops have now taken positions around the statue. While we will not claim trespass against those who seek to bypass our hoplites, any who interfere with our work will be met with decisive action from the Dragon's militia.
