Thronekeeper,
Your title is apt, for you sit above the ashes of a once great empire, an Empire that stood alone during the War of Night and brought to heel all-comers. Now, you grovel to the Dreikathi and call it negotiation. You follow in Enorian's wake, your Tyrant chanting praises for their gods and their light, and you call it Tyranny.
Bloodloch's sworn duty is to take, by any means necessary. What is conquest, beyond that simple mandate? From a single theft, I was labeled by several of your citizens as a "bad guy" and as a "villain" and indeed, even as a "bully." Has Enorian infiltrated Imperial ideals so much that these are now the insults Bloodloch would hurl? Does the once great Empire believe this to be a schoolyard, or perhaps a fairytale?
I'll tell you this. I was forged in a Bloodloch that never accepted no as an answer. I was forged in a Bloodloch that believed in conquest by any means. I was forged in a Bloodloch who sought the destruction of its enemies wholeheartedly, and without restraint, so let me tell you this for free. There is no high road. There is no low road. Certainly, there is no road that I will leave untrod to see the heathen brought to ruin.
You would seek to shame me, of all people? I have never claimed to be a hero. Look to Slyphe if you want that nonsense. I am, and have always been, nothing more than a blade in the hand of the Lord. I will cut you harshly, and I will cut you in the subtle ways that can hurt just as much.
Salvation comes, and it is by the sword.
Ever His,
Whirran Arcan-Tetzauh
