Did you think the Host would let you skip off to offer up Dejaani's Holy Gift to infidels and oathbreakers? Did you think your own failing of character would justify your decisions to ignore your own oaths, that anyone would be impressed by the tantrum of a child too foolish to understand the blessing she has been given? The blessing she -begged- for.

Your plans are known to the Host, and they will not stand. The holy pyre is for all who walk a path of wickedness, but it is especially for those who shirk their duty in an effort to never be challenged to become more. It is a -mercy- the Lady Ethne does not wake, cannot -see- what you have become.

But the world sees. The Hammer sees. The Merciless Light sees. And the Merciless Light demands satisfaction.

To all who consider themselves followers of the Lady Dejaani: it is hunting season. Until such a time that the traitor Amyie agrees to allow the Host and Hammer alone to rectify the -mistake- of trusting her with the precious gift of ascension, she is to be considered kill on sight.

There will be no Shadow dark enough to hide you, no hole deep enough for you to worm your way out of the gaze of Her Glorious Eyes. There is nothing that awaits you but contrition at the end of a blade.
