The Chosen of Lady Chakrasul are pleased that ritual murder has become such a widespread custom, yet we are disappointed by the lack of technique; victims selected out of thoughtless convenience or shallow spite will never equal a victim selected out of Malice. Proper standards must be upheld, and the Chosen of Corruption are most capable of doing so.

In two weeks, at Howling, there will be a celebration of Lady Chakrasul and of Her Gifts. There will be sermons, indulgences, and violence, but the main event will be ritual murders. Two people have volunteered to hunt down victims for the Goddess and kill them purely for the sake of giving their loved ones and neighbours Fear and Despair.

Since some of you will no doubt find this objectionable, I am making the world an offer. If anyone wishes to volunteer, they will be allowed to replace one of the Goddess' hunters. They can then hunt those they consider guilty and deserving of death, or use their victim's soul for some other purpose. So long as they can show that their victim's death was meant to spread Fear and Despair, their efforts will be recognized as a proper tribute to the Goddess and they will receive the reward: five credits, two silver chalices, and two bags of chocolates. Should they attempt to deceive the guests with a paltry, half-hearted effort, they will be disqualified and another victim will be hunted down.

Two spots are open, and each will be granted to whoever asks for it first.

Naturally, if there are no volunteers, the current hunters will no doubt delight in making the innocent suffer in the name of Corruption.
