As the newly appointed Ambassador of Spinesreach, Dragon of the North, I come to you now with a proposal.

If you seek true Freedom, Progress, and Growth, and tire of the Zealotry, Savagery, and Cruelty of the other three nation states, the Dragon will welcome you with open arms. If you are sick of the few who constantly rule and lord over you with no end in sight to their reigns, consider the Theocracy we now represent. No longer saddled with corrupt elections that are little more than popularity contests with no regard to intellect, intent, or service, the Dragon is now a Meritocracy. Our leadership is chosen by the Ard-Dhasani based on merit, and must maintain said merit through service. Inactive, stagnant leadership is not tolerated here. Like the Ancient Ankyreans before us, we serve five Conclaves, unique to Spinesreach. These Conclaves serve to focus your interests for the betterment of the city, and for yourself, so that you may strengthen yourself to be a vessel for Divine Essence, should you be strong enough. Through hard work, dedication, and intellect, we will become Gods ourselves, or something even greater. That is our holy purpose.

I propose to you that if any of this interests you, if you feel trapped where you are, reach out to myself or any of our leadership. There will be no risk of retaliation from those who currently enslave or lord over you and your actions. We shall be discreet, and are open to all inquiries.
