In the days leading up to the 4th of Arios, 505MA, during the week of preparation before the emergence of the Shadow Mother's Firstborn, it was chronicled that the following individuals of import were involved in the deliberate proliferation of Albedi-origin shadowrot within the bounds of Spinesreach:

- Knight-Commander Sryaen Kavoros, the Vanguard of Enorian
- Commander Mjoll Seirath of the Warlord's Legion

Numerous other Empire, Enorianite and Duiran-origin personnel were noted to assist in this endeavour, but did not satisfy relevancy criteria under procedures 39(a) and 43(b).

No judgment is ascribed to these actions. This notice serves only that they have credibly occurred and have been annotated in the records of the Archivium.
