To Mayor Gorbert, Constable Beck, the kin of Malram, and the Gnomish population of Lodi,

On behalf of the Duiran Council, Heart of the Great Oak, I wanted to express how deeply apologetic we are over what transpired at the hands of our former Councilor. I know in your eyes that you view all of us as murderers. This is fully your right in the wake of the crime, and there is nothing that can be said or done to remove this stain from your memory. I can only hope and offer prayer to my Lady of Fire that, over time, our actions can mend this painful wound between Duiran and Lodi, and Temper the anger your people have for us into a working relationship.

The offender who slew your people is no longer a citizen of Duiran. Once this election is handled, Duiran would like to pay tribute in a way that the new official deems fit.

Per your request, no citizen of Duiran will step foot into Lodi until the election is over.
