Hello. Very few of you know who I am. Most of my personal work and
influence is conservative, and fetches little to no notice, pertaining
mainly to myself. I am a guildless, rogue Wayfarer, void of any
citizenship, and I keep intently to myself, and to my own designs. Well
enough not to attract any sort of violence upon my head, or outright
distraction upon others.

That will probably change somewhat, with the onset of this public news
post being released per my hand.

The sorcerer named Kalak, who has had his designs and affairs cause
considerable amount of lost energy and time on not just individuals, but
entire factions and city-states, is the main focus of this post. The
content matter within this, is of my own will, and does not represent
the influence of any organized party or group.

To give a measure of illustration to help bedrock this topic and where
it is going - I'm something of an adept hunter. I respect, and relish in
the aspects and actions of both predators and prey alike. The roles they
take in the lifestream of nature, and the benefits of being one or the
other in their respected roles. However, now and again, within the
confines of sentient life, an animal will make itself known that must be
culled. For prey, it would be one with harmful attributes, possible
congenital mutations or deformations that can be passed through
heraditary traits via breeding, and so on. For predators, cullable
prompting would take the form of killing for sheer sport and not for a
pack, the group, or simple substance required to live and repopulate.
Or, one that has shown a consistant and constant ability, either
deliberate or through simple reflex, to harm or disrupt a pack/group
that it attempts to integrate with.

Kalak, is an animal in the basic of illustrations, that requires a
concentrated effort to cull. Not for glory. Not for gain. Not for sport.
Simply because it must be done.

I understand somewhat, that this mans actions have affected a long list
of organizations and individuals, on both sides of the coin that the
majority of you have been minted upon. Even basic individual, rogues on
their own, have had direct and indirect issues with this man. He kills
for some of the most selfish, ego inflated, self-centered reasons
imaginable, and the brunt of his affairs are not backed up or given
license, or blessing, by any form of major ideology or faction based
manifesto that exist on this continent and plane that we call home and
reside upon. He disrupts the affairs of many, either on purpose or
through extended influence, and has yet to shown any glimmer of
constructive energy for anyone, or anything, save his own self
aggrandizing. He causes distraction and loss of work, and energy, among
Congregations and Orders alike, across the breadth of the realm, and has
proven to be a thorn in the sides of the powerful, and humble alike.

In comparison - Even guilds and city-states, when aligned against one
another, still have the capacity of operating within diplomatic and
martial means that are deemed desirable, or tolerable to all, even in
the face of bloody disagreement. Like well oiled machines built by
different engineers, or different packs of wolves that bear different
markings, you all live within a sphere of rational action, for the most
part, even in direct conflict.

Kalak does not.

In light of this, I am offering the following - Every sellsword,
mercenary, warrior, individual, guild, city, organization, faction, and
so on, one hundred credits upon any recognized sentient creature, that
brings this man low, and pikes his head in public.

I understand that bounties and kill orders already exist within groups
and organizations arrayed against this man. I also understand that a
large, motivationaly heavy bounty made in public also looks bad on the
face of a guild or city, due to it giving to much credit towards the man
himself. I, a private rogue, have now taken it upon myself, to allow all
of you to circumvent such a motion, by opening up my own finances, and
giving you all the opportunity to benefit.

I am not a cow to be milked, and any attempt to farm my finances will be
met with extreme scrutiny.

Mister Kalak - I understand you to be a man of some wealth. However, if
you attempt to turn this around on me, and issue your own, private
bounty, and play games with me, I can assure you of this much - You will
lose a coin stacking match with me, and I'm fully capable of outpacing,
and outmatching any amount of credits or resource you attempt to bear
against me.

To any rogues that feel up to chasing this public bounty down - I
understand that resources and security are limited for you. Due to this,
if you actually manage to get a public pike with this mans head on it,
you will be awarded two hundred credits, not one hundred, for your
troubles.

This bounty will end when the following is completed - Kalak will
approach each and every single faction that he had become an enemy
towards, and complete whatever is required, or demanded, by said
faction, in order to return to a neutral status.

For the general welfare, peace of mind, and the ending of the foolery
and hubris this man has caused, I now enact this public bounty.
