Edict of Change
Written by: Vagrant Lord Kalak Vaelinos

Addressed to: Everyone
[This notice is written in Aetolian language but letters reflect a more archaic form]
To Changing God and to those who are unfortunate to follow and aid It,
Only a Vaelinos has the right to obliterate another Vaelinos permanently and seems like this very simple law has been broken. For the murder of my unborn child, you are hereby condemned to make amends to my wife until 4th of Lleian which happens to be her next birthday.
In the case I find her still nagging my head while I try to set a big Spinesreach-shaped cake aflame to celebrate, you will find that your luck has just ran out. Your wine will turn sour, your cows will stop giving milk, your fields will sow only with salt, your people will drop dead, daisies will be lifted from the ground and fish population will have a sigh of relief. At least one of them will happen.
I shall be relentless and my word is my bond.
Under moon and star,
-Kalak Vaelinos
[Three crescent moons circling a six-pointed star is depicted here as a signature]
Penned by my hand on Quensday, the 10th of Severin, in the year 474 MA.
