As per Lorekeeper Daishin's recent news post regarding the Duiran council's upcoming celebrations, the following will be a post outlining details of the costume contest. This contest will be open to all who are attending the event.

The theme of the contest is: transformation!

What does this mean? Create a costume that allows you to be someone or something else! Be cute, be crazy, be mundane, be scary! Costumes will be judged on their construction and interpretation of the theme during the second week of the celebration.

A note on masks: Yes, your costume may INCLUDE a mask, but wearing just a mask will not make you eligible for judging.
