Greetings citizens of the world, those in between and various Divine entities!

You are all formally invited to spend two weeks worth of mischief within the Council of Duiran!

Yes you heard that correctly! The Council is inviting and encouraging you to join us in pulling pranks, having fun and participating in multiple events! There will be something for everyone so do not hesitate to get involved.

The events will be starting on the 13th of Ios, 469 MA with prizes to be won!

Here's a few of the fun things that lay in store for you:

Arena: Throughout the two weeks the Council of Duiran will be holding multiple arena events but not just for combatants oh no. We will be holding a mix of events but be careful if you enter, all may not appear as it seems. And I hear the Lorekeeper has a sick sense of humour.

Week one:

Murder Mystery: Hosted by the famous Wylliam Laidir, Fionna'Faol this event will have everyone guessing "WHO DUNNIT?" and no, contrary to everyone's belief it wasn't me! Do you have the wit and guile to conceal your evil acts? The smarts to figure out who's accusing you of murdering someone with a candlestick? Join us and prove it!

BeerToss Tourney: Think you can handle your liquor? It's easy enough to claim such while sitting down and prattling on about the state of the world, but can you coordinate hand with eye, emerge victorious and earn your place alongside the most renown drunkards Duiran has to offer?

Week two:

Spooky Storytelling: Famous in taverns all over the world for their entertainment, the Council would like to invite you to ours and join us in hours of entertainment and alcohol. Don't forget to bring your blanket though, things could get a little...scary.

Costume event: Yes creative people, this is for you. We will be holding a costume competition and the theme? Gruesome, appalling, horrific but fun! Instead of trying to make people more attractive, can you do the opposite? And I know the event hasn't started yet, and no it is not a mask!

Master Crafter and Speaker Phoenecia will be providing more details about this particular event so feel free to get in touch, however get ready to strut your stuff as the weeks worth of events will be ending in this freaky finale!

And that's everything! Nothing big, nothing fancy, just a gathering of people who want to have fun.

As expected, enemies of the Council will not be granted permission to enter any events save that of the Arena because honestly that's what you get! However if any do appeal to you please feel free to contact our Ranger of the Heartwood (Security Minister) or Speakers to see if such status can be resolved.

Anyone who enters the Council with the sole purpose of disrupting or to be blunt "ruining people's fun" will find themselves enemied to the Council and very, very dead.
