Leau, the Shameful

Dear Leau,
I appreciate that you have changed your approach and decided to come to
me quietly. However, there are certain things that need to be made clear
to the realm.
I have had the benefit of Darren, who kindly recorded your words. I
review them here, to the letter.
You said:
"I'd prefer this remained less public but you forced my hand by
slandering me. I am no great combatant and I'm sure you know that by
now. I do my duty as a Citizen of Bloodloch and aide where I can, such
as lessers and the like. Does that mean I sit silently and allow people
such as Wylliam to insult my city? No even should it get me killed I'll
not stand idly by as many of the citizens of bloodloch do. But should
you still feel the need to kill me for my insult to you, as you insulted
me I will face you in battle knowing that I will perish.
However I do despite your one lapse, where you blocked my entrance to
bloodloch within raiding distance, I appreciate you living up to the
treaties."
Leau.
I am sorry to hear your disappointment in 'many of the citizens of
Bloodloch' who stand 'idly by' as your city gets insulted.
However, I would like it to be clear that I had attacked you at the
place we know as the 'Crack' of Bloodloch. This is a location outside of
your city limits. This was during a ylem battle. No one else has the
audacity to cry 'raid' when ambuses are conducted outside their city
limits - not while tainted by ylem.
No, I do not feel the need to kill you for any insult to me.
You are, however, a grave insult to the City of Bloodloch. Every word
you speak disgusts and disgraces.
You will admit publicly that I had conducted no raid.
You will admit publicly that my enemy status (which you imposed on an
abuse of power) was lawfully rescinded.
You will resign from your post as Ambassador.
I hope also that many of Bloodloch's citizens will not stand idly.
