Agenda

Mastema:

Well... I suppose since you lack anything resembling substance to argue, it makes sense that you would resort to throwing incoherent jibberish at the wall in an obvious, and desperate, attempt to see what sticks.

The Syssin were charged with stopping the advance of the Shadow Mother's minions - wherever their influence exists. Currently, that influence exists within the Consanguine population. Therefore, the Syssin Council determined that the necessary course of action was to pursue hostilities against the Consanguine, as well as to assist those Consanguine who see the truth in being cured.

So yes, I would say that the Syssin have an "agenda." An agenda that is so top secret that it is openly and clearly stated in our Guild's public scroll for all the world to read. You see, imp, fighting the Shadowbound threat is not a "hidden" or new stance for the Syssin. We have been fighting them for quite a while at this point - and will continue to do so regardless of how popular, or unpopular, it makes us.

We have a mission and we will see it through to the very end regardless of how sweet, or bitter, that end may be.

Please, do feel free to continue prattling on though! Your attempt to be witty and "trap" us with your word-vomit is actually rather endearing. Of course, your words ultimately make no difference to us. Whether or not you believe what we do about the Consanguine, the situation remains as followed:

The Syssin declared hostilities against the Consanguine. We therefore are gearing up for the battles ahead.

Are you?
