Many of you have heard about the events surrounding your Goddess
Chakrasul, though so few know of Irijali, who was Empress of the
Undercity of Djeir before me.

When Djeir was in a time of chaos, Irijali brought us together, standing
as Empress for many, many years and guiding us into an era of peace. She
was strong, intelligent, and acknowledged all over Djeir as the best
leader we have ever known.

Though it's easy to understand your Goddess' interest in her, She did us
a disservice by taking her away. And so I come to you today, requesting
your help, since Father says you owe us at least that much. After long
argument and debate, the people of Djeir have recognized me as the new
Empress, and to secure Djeir's safety, even her future, I need the Black
Rose.

I also hereby banish the maid known as Iraena. She is a dangerous
criminal who has taken up with the likes of the Moreith band of outlaws.
Anyone who brings me her corpse will be greatly rewarded. She's easy to
recognize, if you manage to find her, as Farati falsely says she's even
more beautiful than I am.
