I write to you, to announce the opening of Spirean Apartments and
Dormitories to the public.

If you are not enemied to the city, you may choose to lease an Apartment
in any of three locations within Spinesreach.

There are four never before lived in dormitories for rent in the newly
built Spirean Institute. Be the first to get in on the Institute dorms!

There are two more such dormitories located underground beneath the
Spirean Greenhouse. Perfect for those of you with an aversion to windows
or sunlight, or who prefer to be within walking distance of the Spirean
Gardens.

An additional four vacancies are located in the Lounge Apartments which
include exclusive access of a lounge within the building that houses it.

All apartments are 6000 gold a year, first and last months rent up
front. Each apartment is one room. The Greenhouse Dormitories and Lounge
Apartments are both open for expansion and remodeling, in some cases the
latter being required for suitable living.

Security policy: Security inside of a personal dormitory is your
personal responsibility. Those in violation may be fined. If, as a
lease-holder of an apartment become a threat to security, it voids the
contract you have with the city.

Repossession policy: Rent is due on Variach of every new year. You will
be warned at Midsummer if it has not been paid, and the dwelling will be
repossessed the following Variach if it has still not been paid. All
rent is to be paid or deposited to the Development clan within the bank
of
Spinesreach.

Clan Membership in the city's Development clan is Mandatory with a lease
in any dwelling due to the overwhelming need for ordered paperwork and
the simplicity of collection.

New apartments may be built as necessary to accomodate those seeking
such things if the need is high enough.
