The city of Spinesreach is pleased to declare that the long-awaited
rebuilding of the Spirean Institute is complete.

To celebrate, an official ball is to be held at the Institute in the
month of Niuran 346MA, commencing at the howling. All who are not
enemies to the city are welcome to attend in peace and brotherhood as we
celebrate furthering the causes of science and progress once more.

Please be aware that the city expects those attending to wear formal
attire and conduct themselves appropriately. Violence will not be
tolerated.
