Allies of Duiran,

On behalf of the Duiran Council, I'd like to announce
that a shop within our marketplace is to be up for
public auction beginning 1 Variach 343 M.A. The shop
is curently titled "The Rose and the Thorn" and its
location is west, southwest from the entrance to the
Duiran market.

If you are in good standing with Duiran and feel that
you have the skills, time, and coin to purchase and
keep a shop well-stocked, we would welcome your bid.
The opening bid is 350,000 gold sovereigns, which is
the only currency we will accept. The winning amount
will grant the cost of renaming and redecorating
the shop's exterior to the new owner's specifications.
If you would like to place a bid, message myself and
Kiyotan with the amount. I will send a notice if you
have the highest bid and if or when you have been
outbid until the auction's closing day, which is set
to be the 25th of Khepary. If you have any questions
about the auction or about the council's policy on
shops and taxes, please contact me.
