auction. The current bid on the property is four hundred and fifty
thousand sovereigns. For the purposes of this auction, credits will be
valued at four thousand five hundred gold sovereigns each.

This auction is going to be open for up to twelve months as of the date
of this posting, with possible extensions as necessary. To make a bid,
