A new shop has been built within the city of Bloodloch, located north,
west, and west again from Enzo, in the heart of the market district next
to the Gargoyle Tavern. It is now up for sale.

Ad #29 has been created and will be kept up to date with the current
bid. Bidding will begin at 250,000 sovereigns. Credits are an acceptable
form of payment and will be accepted at a rate of 5,000 sovereigns per
credit. Bidding will continue for one year, or longer if the reserve has
not been met.

Anyone interested in purchasing this shop should first review Bloodloch
city laws to ensure they fulfill all qualifications necessary. Bids
should be directed to me in the form of message or direct communication.
