Ancient texts

Hello there and allow me to introduce myself,

My name is Herolt, a specialist from the Monastery of the Chroniclers in
deciphering ancient languages. My friend Tarissa, who many of you know
from her archaeological site, brought me away from my studies due to
some people uncovering ancient books written in a foreign language.

Having just personally examined a few of the books, I must say I am most
excited by the discovery for I have never in all my studies seen a
language that resembles this one.

I am attempting to decipher the language so that we may learn the
contents of what the books contain - however with only a few damaged
sources to analyze, I'm afraid that it will be very slow-going work.

As such, I would like to request that anyone who has located any of
these ancient texts to bring them to me so I can make a copy of them to
analyze. If any are found, you can find me with Tarissa.

Regards,
Herolt, the decipherer.

Penned by my hand on the 1st of Midsummer, in the year 280 MA.
