You are victorious in that after two years of being outmatched you were
able to scrape up enough outsiders to take on a single guild of Knights.
The public witnessed your heavy losses first hand, so they defended you
against our assaults. Our original demand was for the Leader of the
Pride to be executed one time. However, thanks to your resistance, Xon
died multiple times, and those who supported him died as well. In fact,
Sentinel casualties nearly doubled that of Infernals. Our only goal was
to seek justice and we achieved that by slaughtering you and your
comrades on the battlefield. Our withdraw was as much of a relief to
Sentinels as it was to my fellow Knights, who no longer have to spend
their days chasing you back into the hearthood countless times, though I
will admit that watching you dart to your sanctuary provided a
considerable degree of joy from time to time. If you believe that you
are victorious because we have withdrawn, then I suppose we should
celebrate together.
