To all residents of Sapience:

The Mhojave Desert bordering the western front of the Undead City is
formally declared the jurisdiction of the City-State of Bloodloch. As
such, there are a few restrictions that will be set into place for the
good its citizenry.

Certain Sentinel members have deemed it appropriate to lay traps across
the desert in a wide-scale fashion. As the desert is the main ground for
traffic in and out of the City of Bloodloch, these devices are a
hindrance targeted almost exclusively at allies and citizens.

Sentinel traps are henceforth strictly prohibited from the range of the
Mhojave Desert unless the owner of the traps is actively fighting and
using them. This means that every trap laid in a battle will be removed
in the aftermath. Failure to do remove them intentionally, failure to
remove them after being ordered, and intentional illegal trap setting
will result in the owner being executed once for every incident.*

Sentinel traps are henceforth prohibited -completely- from The Sanguine
Fields' arena staging ground and spectator stands, as well as the large
crack in the mountainside at the entrance to the city. Failure to abide
unconditionally by this decree will result in the owner being executed
once for every incident.*
