My Brother

Written by: Daughter Of Fortune, Melicent Kemestar - O'Lyryus

I remember as a child,
My brothers two
Who looked alike
And sounded alike
But were wholly two

You used to cuddle
Used to protect
Me when I needed you
Now you've gone
Left us behind
With a memory so true

I have siblings,
Seven if you count them all
Some who walk in Varian's sight
Some who have disappeared
Some who just might
Reappear again

But we, Bragon
We, were close
I looked up to you
Minded you
Did all I could
Just to please you

And it was enough
I know you loved me
And loved those whose
Bodies, lineage and parenthood
Were yours
And was loved so much in return

Bragon, farewell dear brother
Father of countless children
Guide to the unwise
Counsellor to the faithful
We will miss you forever
All I ask now is,
What will I do?

Farewell Bragon. We'll miss you!

Love always,
Your littlest sister

Penned by my hand on the 2nd of Lleian, in the year 106 MA.
