Addressed to: Everyone
The bluest eyes I've ever seen
A giant of a man
Yet me so dainty a girl
A childhood memory alive in my dream.
I hid in the trees
Watched your every move
My mind captivated by the sight
A fear that I would never please.
Your body glowing in the light
The trees still concealing
My thoughts and fear with new emotion
Yet I followed through the night.
Gripped by innocence and play
I was only a child then
Stalking through the forest
Hunting you, the unknown prey.
A knowledge I cannot place
Womanhood reached prematurely
Guiding me through the years
I cannot forget your face.
Now I can hold you in my arms
Feeling your strength against me
You were always there and watching
Lets see if I can work a charm.
Love cares nothing for the years
That have passed since I first saw you
Now there's no more pain inside
You have wiped away all my tears.
Penned by my hand on the 8th of Variach, in the year 94 MA.
