Beloved,

Fire is female, knew I as a boy.
Burn, does She, with incarnate rage divine.
But a man, was I, when I became sure
that She is woman as much as child.
Gave me a gift, a treasure to my Faith,
for many vessels, takes She, many forms,
but only one where it truly matters.
Saw this, did I, as a flame in your chest.
Ardent, the candle that burns half a wick,
split by a mission to Reveal once more
the child-goddess Who showed me Her love
through lips of a servant, my Saloe.
Take heart, blessed wife. Enlightenment comes.
And we in our cottage, shades wide open.

-fio Ahaihnio Sabaelnari

Penned by my hand on the 25th of Midsummer, in the year 215 MA.
