Tremors in the earth around the Vashnars heralded a massive earthquake,
followed by the appearance of a confused, undead mhun named Chedori.
Several witnesses- including Aarbrok, Sibatti, Raeche, and Reux-
questioned the mhun, who appeared to be searching for Moghedu.
High Priestess Layentesh arrived to question her as well. She proclaimed
Chedori to no longer be a mhun, and the city she hailed from to be a
lost colony and fallen colony of Moghedu, demanding it be returned to
their control. Chedori refused, declaring herself to be a High
Priestess, and ruler of Iviofiyiedu. After a bitter argument, Layentesh
agreed to consider her authority, under pretense of being allowed to
visit the city.
Once there, those gathered discovered that the entrance had been covered
by rocks. Working quickly, they and the mhun cleared the debris. Once
the task had ended, however, Layentesh gave the order to attack Chedori,
and one of her disciples followed suit. Chedori struck back in defense,
killing the mhun. The rest departed without further comment.
After the High Priestess had departed, Chedori gave word to Aarbrok and
the others that had come to her aide that the lost city of Iviofiyiedu
was open to them and its secrets unearthed to Sapience once again.
