- Added a new global balance, dubbed secondary/ability balance.
- Moved hound balance (Carnifex) to the new balance.
- Moved tone balance (Mages) to the new balance.
- Moved shadow balance (Syssin) to the new balance.
- Cosmetically it should all be the same as before.
* Slight exception for shadow balance, I made the recovery
message more fancy.
* Line is: 'You may influence the shadows once more.'
- This new balance will show up with timer stamps like balance
and equilibrium do.
- You can track if you have secondary balance or not by the
label 'ability_bal' in GMCP under Char.Vitals.
- Deadening will increase secondary balance recovery by 15% in
addition to all previous functions, mostly so you guys can
have something to play/test with.
