LEDGER ORDERS <1-3> to see a specific day. This may be slightly wonky,
so please let me know if it's behaving oddly.
- Ledgers, tables and telescopes will not show room messages if used
from phase.
- Troop numbers should now appear on engagement reports.
- A rogue period has been shot down and now troops should properly
attack a preferred target.
- Unit merging is still coming!
