Marching troops will now resolve multiple march orders in the same turn, so long as they have movement left from their previous order. Still working on the 25 room march cap, stay tuned. Territory controllers, telescopes, map tables and ledgers have been rewritten to be cleaner on the code side, so please let me know if there's any silliness or weirdness going on with those.
