New vampires will now have a transition period where their mortality
lingers, reducing the effects of the sun during this time.

This effect happens over 24 hours of play time. For the first 12 hours,
the sun will do no damage to you. For the second 12 hours, the sun will
do minor damage with no afflictions. After the 24 hours has passed, you
will suffer the full effects of the sun.

This is not retroactive and will only affected vampires embraced from
here on.
