There's been a large amount of back ground work done to Tarot in order
to get it up to speed with a newer targeting framework. As such, you
might find some things to be a bit buggy. If you find anything please
submit a BUG and they'll be dealt with as soon as possible.

Intended changes that goes along with this

- Fool, Priestess, and Magician are now aggressive actions.
- Shroud no longer hides third person messages from tarot cards that
are flung via a doppleganger, or by Devil tarot.
- Creator tarot now has Lifevision checks.
- Death tarot can no longer be Replicated for the time being.
- You can no longer attack yourself with tarot. Herp, derp.
- All tarot cards that are aggressive by nature now generate kai,
and have been standardized to 2 points of kai before modifiers
(R.I.P. 9 points kai generation from Death tarot).
- Various bug fixes.
