Skills with cooldowns are now listed with their exact length in the AB file. You can do neat things like ABSEARCH MONK COOLDOWN to see all the cooldowns a class might have.

If I missed one, let me know!

Some slight tweaks to make use of the new information:
- Recollection / Retrospection now specifies which cooldowns it affects.
- Same with Syncopate / Upheaval.
- Same with Lance / Trip.
- Same with Boundary.
