I've changed it so that there's no more personal cooldown on obtaining a branch of holly or a sprig of mistletoe, so if you accidentally mess up with your daily bar decorating, you can just get another.

Also means you can gather extra holly/mistletoe to decorate the land in the Celesmas spirit, so there's that too.
