There's now a hint that'll show up when you into a tavern that can be decorated for the platter quest. If you think a room counts as a tavern/pub and doesn't have the hint, let us know via BUG so we can add it.

Those of you that already used your cooldowns on a pub-not-a-pub, drop me a message and I'll reset the cooldowns.
